8m Canopy Hood with Integrated Fresh Air

We designed this full ventilation system in our CAD software, all the parts were laser cut, folded, welded and assembled in house to then be installed on site in Exeter. Our systems are designed, manufactured and installed to the highest DW172 and DW144 standards. There are so many benefits to having a fresh air system integrated within the canopy from legal compliance to comfort of workers and much more in between.

Complex Fabrications

We were tasked with assembling and welding together supplied parts for a highly intricate project that we were proud to be a part of. The construction houses components designed to be cleaned mechanically, with hundreds of tapped holes at various angles and dimensions. These components often trap swarf and contaminants, requiring a meticulous cleaning process.

Once assembled, the system will use high-pressure water jets to clean each individual hole—some as small as 3mm—making precision absolutely critical. Although the work was challenging, we successfully overcame those challenges and delivered the project to the highest standard.

The Drinks Valley

A commercial ventilation system to remove cooking fumes, heat and odour from a brewing facility in Swindon, this system comprised of a 3m canopy hood for the kitchen and 60m of round ducting. We designed this system, produced ventilation reports for council approval manufactured and installed the full system. We also supplied a large array of fabricated components from access ramps, beer barrle holders, suspended drinks rack and much more.

The Era of Chimineas

During the period of December and through the next couple of years steel chimineas laser cut became very popular, and instead of sticking to the norm we started to manufacture some very out of the ordinary chimineas for some people from extra large 3m high chimineas to bbq chiminea to beautiful pattern cut chimineas, we still offer this service so if your interested get a quote!

Motorbike Madness

This project truly shows the craftmanship and knowledge that has gone into the making of this component, a standard fule tank on a motorcycle came in, we were asked to turn it into an Indian Larry fuel tank, this job demonstrates the skill and knowledge of precise metal marking, cutting, fitting, tig welding and finishing to provide a high quality finished product. The welding then underwent a dye penetration test to check for any leaks before sending the finished product back home.

The Circle Polish Canopy Hood in Wales

We manufactured and installed this 7 meter commercial kitchen extraction canopy in Abergavenny Wales with a high temperature extract fan to ensure many years of problem less operation. As with all our ventilation systems this was manufactured and installed to the highest DW172 and DW144 standards.

Budget friendly 9m canopy system for electric appliances in a food manufacturing facility

A customer came to us and needed a very budget friendly option for their electric equipment cooking facility, we provided exactly that. A 9-meter budget friendly option along with the installation of all the stainless-steel cladding. We always try to meet every customers budget where.

Caging System in Central London Building for Storage

A returning customer asked us if we could provide a caging system for a commercial property in central London, so we provided this caging system to allow them to make use of the unused space for rental purposes.

The Food Van

One of our most spectacular jobs, we designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned this food van. The customer came to us with an idea of what they wanted and provided a completely empty van, after much discussion we agreed on the works to be conducted, everything! The customer could come to our workshop to check progress when they wanted, the end result was spectacular, the customer was very happy with the outcome.

Train Brackets

A railway association on a mission to reconstruct an old grate western railway train came to use with technical drawings dating back to 1900’s, where other company were not interested due to all the drawings being in fractions measurements, this was not a problem for us, after entering all the information into our cad system we had 3d models of all the different types of brackets. 75 brackets manufactured from 304 stainless steel to be able to hold the floor panels in place. A piece of history recreated by us!

Aluminium Table Frames

14 aluminium table frames tig welded together with laser cut plates and adjustable feet. These were them finished in a black powder coat before being delivered to the customer.

Stainless Steel Swimming Pool Grating

We were contacted by a hotel with a problem, the grating around there hot tub had started to fall apart and become dangerous, so we were asked if we could replace this in stainless steel, after creating a 3D model with our CAD software we were able to laser cut the parts fold, weld, clean and install the parts on site.

From Concept to Reality

On several occasions we have been asked to make something when the customer is unsure of what they need, they may come to us with problems, we are here to provide solutions, from the likes of the ministry of defence to famous artist Damien Hirst, we are here to provide solutions, come to our workshop CAD office, have a cup of coffee, and lets design a solution to your problem. We have on numerous occasions provided prototypes for customers while making improvements along the way.
