Established in 2016
Perfect Fabrications Ltd was established in 2016 as a sub-contracting company by founder Yohan Paulin, a welding and fabrication engineer with over 16 years of experience delivering projects to the highest standards. Yohan’s expertise spans diverse sectors, including work on nuclear power stations, the manufacturing of a 1600-ton lifting rig for La Nouvelle Route du Littoral in the Indian Ocean, and the fabrication and welding of sheet metal and structural steel products. This extensive experience has allowed Yohan to bring a wealth of knowledge and technical skill to the foundation and growth of Perfect Fabrications.

At Perfect Fabrications, we provide a complete turnkey solution, guiding you through every step of the process—from initial design to finishing, and even installation if needed.
Over the years, we’ve successfully delivered projects across various sectors, including the creation of large fabricated pieces for Damien Hirst, one of the UK’s most renowned artists. Our work has also extended to the Ministry of Defence, where we developed a 3D model of a new structural prototype prior to production.

OUR HISTORY
Our Journey: The history of Perfect Fabrications
Founded
Perfect Fabrications was established as a subcontracting company, providing skilled labor to a variety of fabrication companies across the UK.
First Workshop
In July 2020, we took a major step forward, moving into our first workshop. This transition marked our evolution from a subcontracting company to an in-house fabrication business.
New Equipment Purchase
Soon after, we made our first significant investment by purchasing a plasma cutting machine and a folding machine. This expanded our capabilities from welding to include cutting, folding, welding, and finishing, opening the door to new types of work.
First Canopy System Manufactured
November also marked a pivotal moment as we manufactured our first commercial kitchen canopy and ventilation system. This was the start of our expertise in fabricating and installing custom canopy and ventilation systems, as well as producing ducting components and other general fabrication works.
New Fabrication Facility
After a lengthy search, we moved into a new, larger fabrication facility in December 2023. This move was a critical milestone in our growth, allowing us to expand our operations after several years of planning.
Design Office Expansion
With the installation of a mezzanine, we began building our new design office in October 2024. This space will not only serve as a creative hub for our design team but also showcase some of our best work over the years, along with our exclusive range of luxury office furniture and accessories.
